This year, LNC is again analyzing logistics-related investments in Lower Saxony's logistics regions on behalf of the Lower Saxony Ministry of Economics, Labor, Transport and Digitalization. The survey of business developers in Lower Saxony for the Market Mirror Logistics 2020/21 has already started.

Since 2005, the Marktspiegel Logistik has shown the increasing importance of logistics for Lower Saxony as a business location and has developed into an effective information tool and marketing instrument for Lower Saxony as a logistics location.

The 2019/2020 market review impressively demonstrates the importance of the logistics sector for Lower Saxony as a business location. With an investment volume of around €700 million and approximately 4,400 additional jobs created, 2019 is one of the most successful years since the surveys began. A total of 62 logistics-related investments were made across the state.

This year's logistics market review will show whether the development of logistics real estate will continue to be as dynamic in 2020/21. You can look forward to the results, which will be presented at the event "Logistics State Lower Saxony - Quo Vadis?" in December.
